Lawrence Wharf 2000 Management Limited will provide two fobs per property for accessing the secure bicycle storage, located in the underground carpark. Further requests for fobs will incur a small fee.

 

• For leaseholders: to obtain a fob please send an e-mail to info@lawrencewharf.com with the full name and contact details of the intended user (or users).

• For tenants: please get your landlord to send an e-mail to info@lawrencewharf.com with the full name and contact details of the intended user (or users).

Due to space constraints you may only store two bicycles per property in the storage area. To monitor this we ask that you liaise with Billy Kelly via site@lawrencewharf.com to fit a small label to affix to your bicycle. You will receive a notice from Jennings & Barrett that will set a date after which we will begin to remove bicycles from the storage which are not labelled.
